About the job:

The Technical Lead drives the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end solutions across multiple platforms. Collaborating with the Product Delivery Manager and Heads of Development, they ensure solutions are user-centric, scalable, and aligned with business goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a commitment to high-quality product delivery.

Your Reponsibilites:

• Technical Leadership: You lead the architecture and design of multi-platform solutions, provide technical guidance. You oversee the full development lifecycle, ensuring coding, testing, and deployment quality.
• Solution Design & Delivery: You translate business needs into actionable technical solutions ans design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. You ensure seamless integration across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Cross-Platform Coordination: You align together with other Technical Leads maintain technical consistency across platforms. You manage dependencies and delivery timelines with the Product Delivery Manager.
• Collaboration with Leadership: You align technical strategies with business goals and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Quality & Optimization: You enforce high-quality, performance, and reliability standards and implement monitoring and analytics for continuous improvement.
• Innovation & Learning: You stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You lead adoption of new tools and methodologies.
  
  

Your Profile:

• Hosting experience of 3 years
• Principal Technical Lead of 8 years
• Frameworks: Symfony, Laravel, Vue.js of 3+ years
• React of 3+ years
• Working in a scrum team of 3 years
• Experience working with teams of 3 years in either Startup, Scale-up and Enterprise
• English: Professional working proficiency or higher

Salary:

• The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 60.000,-- (incl. an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours/week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
