Salary: From €28,000 gross per annum (excluding on-call allowance and bonus)

Main duties

• Assist in the supervision, maintenance and remote modifications of client networks
• Provide technical telephone support
• Contribute to the design and implementation of network architectures and equipment
• Carry out laboratory configurations prior to shipment to client sites
• Undertake satellite station installations abroad (short-term assignments)
• Update and manage technical databases

Candidate profile

• Qualification: HND or Bachelor’s level (Bac +2/+3) in networks and telecommunications
• Cisco professional certification advantageous
• Ideally two years’ experience, although motivated recent graduates are welcome
• Competence in network administration (routing L1/L2/L3), VSAT, firewalling, SD-WAN, VoIP, and traffic optimisation
• Proficient in configuring and supporting Cisco routers/switches, IP routing protocols, and OSI layers
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN and VoIP
• Ability to secure network traffic via firewall configuration and administration
• Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented
• Good standard of technical English

Conditions

• Permanent, full-time position, based on-site in Côte d'Azur
• Day shifts with on-call duty and occasional overtime
• Short overseas travel required
• Salary: from €28,000 gross per annum depending on profile, plus on-call allowance (€450 gross/month after training) and bonus
• Driving licence (Category B) and personal vehicle required
• Must reside close enough to the Teleport to be able to attend within one hour
