Product Manager

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Product Manager to a growing join the team on a perm basis working on a hybrid model. (2 days onsite / 3 days from home). The Product Manager will take ownership of a dynamic and growing product portfolio. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping product direction, collaborating across departments, and delivering solutions that deliver clear value to customers. This is a strategic, hands-on role that bridges product management and marketing. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and customers to define product vision, guide development priorities, and champion value propositions both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve product strategy, roadmap, and positioning based on market demand and customer needs.
• Define and articulate compelling product narratives, use cases, and value propositions for both technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate customer and market requirements into clear product specs and priorities.
• Develop sales-enablement materials and product collateral that highlight capabilities and differentiation.
• Support Marketing in developing product-focused campaigns and content.
• Monitor market shifts, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
• Deepen your understanding of IoT connectivity across key verticals and ensure our solutions stay ahead of the curve.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of product management experience in IoT, telecoms, SaaS, or data/analytics environments.
• Solid understanding of telecom infrastructure and connectivity platforms (e.g., MNOs, MVNOs, SIM/device management).
• Proven success working with cross-functional teams across time zones and disciplines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence a variety of stakeholders.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business, or similar.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in connectivity assurance, QoS, or device intelligence products.
• Market exposure in areas like Connected Vehicles, Industrial IoT, Smart Healthcare, or Private Networks.
