Senior IT Project Manager (Supply Chain/ Order Management)

We are seeking 2 experienced Senior IT Project Managers to lead and deliver strategic technology projects focused on either Supply Chain Management or Order Management. This is a hybrid role in Breda with a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Location: Breda, Netherlands (4 days onsite)

Start date: October 2025

Contract: 6 months

Rate: €500-550 p/day

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple medium to large-scale technical projects within Supply Chain and Order Management domains.
• Work cross-functionally with internal IS teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
• Provide clear and concise project updates tailored to various audiences, including Executive Steering Committees.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks and issues proactively; escalate when needed.
• Manage project financials, including TCO, ETC, EAC, and Run Rate, and ensure alignment with budget constraints.
• Operate within a hybrid project delivery framework using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Promote best practices in project governance and use of tools such as ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Jira, and Smartsheet.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally within a PMO environment.
• 3+ years of proven success delivering complex IT projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple simultaneous projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to interpret project metrics.
• Fluency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Experience in Supply Chain/ Manufacturing and/or Order Management/EDI Projects is essential
