I'm In The Right provides accident replacement vehicles for not at fault drivers. We're heavily focused on delivering exceptional customer service through the engagement of highly skilled and dedicated staff. Our mission is to be the best in the industry and we're looking for a PHP developer to join our IT department. We are a national company with our Head Office in Macquarie Park.

Since 2013, I'm In The Right, has grown rapidly supplying over 1000+ replacement vehicles to not at fault drivers across the country, with claims, legal, maintenance and customer service responsibilities being managed by 100+ staff.

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our dynamic and growing development team who has experience with the full SDLC.

Job Role: Permanent Full-Time

Salary Package: $80,000 to $100,000 + superannuation

Location: Currently Macquarie Park

The company has built an in-house software package that streamlines the end-to-end business lifecycle. The successful candidate will be required to support the existing system, perform enhancements, and build new functionality on an ongoing basis and will be working with leaders in their respective fields. There is opportunity for career progression for the right staff.

Task & Responsibilities

Qualification & Experience

• IT Degree / qualification
• PHP developer (3+ years) with MYSQL, HTML, CSS and jQuery
• Strong PHP Development – Can develop and structure their code so that it can be easily supported
• Atlassian product range (Bitbucket and Trello)
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
• Working experience with GIT
• Can work independently and solve problems / difficult issues on the fly
• Strong Debugging Skills – can diagnose issues with server/client tools
• Strong Interpersonal Skills – Must be articulate and have strong communication skills
• Pays attention to details
• Self-Driven & work autonomously
