We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Data & AI team which is working on some of the most complex and rewarding projects in Data Governance, Intelligent Applications, Business and Operational Use Cases with ML that exist in the country.

Your responsibilities include:


  • Be part of a team that designs and deploys data ecosystems, just as pipelines with collaboration, security, scalability, and high availability as main principles.
  • Explore and benchmark data solutions to fulfil the business stakeholders’ requirements.
  • Integrate, handle, transport, process, and model data into Data Platforms.
  • Participate in projects to develop intelligent applications and use cases that will enable our clients to operate more efficiently and generate more revenue.
  • Design best practices and transmit know-how to the other teams.


You must have:


  • Experience in Public Clouds as a Data Engineer, mainly GCP and Azure.
  • Proficient in functional development in a language such as Python, Java, Scala, et cetera.
  • Skilled in data discovery and transformation employing PL/SQL or SQL-Like languages.
  • Expertise in the Data Lifecycle: Ingestion; Transformation; Discovery; Enrichment; Modelling;
  • Know-how in CI/CD and IaC (e.g., Terraform).
  • Fluency in Portuguese.


We value:


  • Data Engineering Certifications from Hyperscalers.
  • Development experience in Apache Spark or Databricks.
  • Know-how in data exploration and visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Plotly, Metabase, et cetera.
  • Understanding of data file formats such as Parquet, Avro and Orc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical, non-technical and business audiences.
  • Experience in Data Management activities using standards such as DMBoK.
  • Fluency in English.
