Backend Developer specialized on Node.js in Europe (Full remote) for the European Commission
Skilled Backend Developer specializing in Node.js (v20+) required to join a fully remote team supporting the European Commission. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Node.js development, strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher), and expertise in RESTful API design. Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud functions) andAI/ML integration (TensorFlow.js, PyTorch) is highly valued. Is desireable that candidates also have experience with cutting-edge technologies, including Google Cloud Platform, Python, and Linux-based systems.
Location: Offsite.

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Python.
- Familiarity with Raspberry Pi or Linux-based targets.
- Experience with embedded systems or constrained environments.
