Platform Engineer

What You’ll Do

As part of our engineering team, you’ll:

• Design, build, and maintain a robust platform supporting multiple tenants.
• Develop and experiment with cloud-native architectures.
• Maintain components of our data analytics platform.
• Deliver Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Azure DevOps.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform reliability.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation and hands-on experience in:

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including platform development.
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GCP analytics tools and managed services (Cloud Run, Vertex AI, GKE, BigQuery, Dataproc).
• Strong background in Kubernetes deployment and management.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and Bash scripting.
• Programming skills in Python and/or Golang.
• Knowledge of secure authentication and encryption protocols (OIDC, KMS, TLS).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience building large-scale, secure applications.
• Contributions to Open Source projects.
• Familiarity with distributed cloud computing and storage on GCP.
• Optimization of infrastructure and code performance.
• A mindset to automate everything.
