As a Mobile Application and Deployment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the deployment of remote patient monitoring solutions and Digital Health Solutions (DHTs), in clinical trials for both pharma company and third-party pharmaceutical sponsors.

This role involves large-scale deployment of mobile devices and apps using Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems across various clinical trials.

You will manage the maintenance and operational phases of mobile apps and devices, driving the implementation of bug fixes and improvements in collaboration with development, test, and installation teams.

Your role:

• Manage mobile device deployment specifically tailored for clinical trials to ensure smooth operation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee device operations in clinical trials, including device selection, qualification, sourcing, installation, configuration, and supply to clinical trial sites worldwide.
• Manage release processes and operations for mobile apps utilized in clinical trials.
• Deploy mobile devices and apps on a large-scale using MDM systems.
• Oversee maintenance of mobile apps during the operational phase by coordinating bug fixes and improvements.
• Drive updates for mobile software to ensure compatibility with new iOS and Android patch levels and major versions.
• Coordinate and execute testing processes for mobile applications.
• Handle change management of validated software applications.

Your profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT and application management.
• Experience with the rapid lifecycle of mobile application development or deployment.
• Proficiency in second or third-level technical support.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management tools.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy guidelines in regulated environments such as Pharma.
• Passion for mobile and wearable digital technology, with knowledge of the latest developments in the field.
• Ability to work independently and manage/direct execution by others.
• Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Quality-focused mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Process-oriented yet flexible approach to work.
• Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
• Project-based work experience within the area of clinical development.
• Familiarity with Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and change management processes.
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
