Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Client's team and drive innovation in digital banking. You’ll be involved across the full tech stack, creating and optimizing everything from front-end features to backend integrations. Your contributions will help shape a seamless digital experience for our customers and enhance internal systems.

Responsibilities:

• Work across the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to production.
• Design and develop reusable services following Service-Oriented Design principles.
• Engineer secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
• Write readable, maintainable code with a focus on automated testing (TDD/BDD practices).
• Strive for high-quality outcomes by reducing defects and ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Continuously develop your technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Mentor and coach other team members to enhance the team's overall capability.
• Develop soft skills, particularly in problem-solving and working effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Document and communicate knowledge, processes, and system details effectively.
• Provide regular updates on progress, scope, and any challenges, fostering clear communication within the team.

Technical Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in .Net, C#, and ASP.Net application development.
• Strong knowledge of ORM tools and automated unit testing frameworks.
• Understanding of UX principles and the ability to contribute to front-end design.
• Familiarity with tools across the software delivery lifecycle, including testing, mocking, source control (Git), CI/CD, work tracking, and defect management.
• Solid understanding of all layers in a typical software stack.
