Python developer / DevOps

Our client in the banking sector is looking for passionate developers who are willing to use their skills to automate infrastructures and help them succeed in their “as code” journey.

Unlike most job offer you will come across, we are not looking for extended knowledge on specific technologies, your mindset and your skills as developer are the most important.

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in software development with technologies such as Python, Java or Go , and a an interest in automation and DevOps practices. You will play a pivotal role in automating our infrastructures, On-premise and Cloud.

🔎Responsabilities🔎

• Contribute to the transformation of the platforms towards automatization, full as code configuration and self-services (Kubernetes, Docker Python, Terraform, Ansible…)
• Use your expertise in development to contribute to the development of our core applications, with a focus on creating robust, scalable, and maintainable code (Python, Java, Go…)
• Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support seamless code integration, testing, and deployment (Gitlab)
• Help with the maintenance of the existing setup.
• Collaborate with product owners to integrate their applications with our platforms.

📜Experience 📜

• You possess a Bachelor or Engineer degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• You have at least 4 years’ experience as a software engineer.
• You have an experience with code development practices.
• You have strong experience of programming languages such as Python, Java or Go.
• You have a strong interest in Kubernetes
• You have a strong interest in cloud, network and servers technologies
• You are eager to discover new technologies and the DevOps ecosystem
• You are proactive and you like to share ideas with your colleagues
• You can work independently and as part of a team.
