Whitehall Resources are looking for an AI Manager. We have 3 roles available for an AI Manager, for an initial 3 month contract. Please see further details below.

AI Governance Manager - 3 days onsite in Stockholm / 2 days Remote working

Responsibilities:

- Ensure Customer’s GenAI platform, the Knowledge Agent (KA), lives up the standards in terms of internal governance requirements such as compliance, business requirements, finance.

- Be responsible for KA lifecycle activities

- Manage stakeholders and internal governance tools.

Skill and Experience:

- Application ownership and/or provider-ship experience

- Stakeholder management skills

- Experienced in working in large corporate IT

- AI experience

AI Demand Manager - 3 days onsite in Stockholm, Copenhagen, or Helsinki / 2 days Remote working

Responsibilities:

- Develop governance framework and processes for collecting, curating, prioritizing and overseeing AI demand across Nordea

- Work together central team on embed ai demand into Customer’s org

- Manage stakeholders from business units and internal functions

- Operationalize and run demand management within central team

- Prepare decision material related to prioritization and communication

Skill and Experience:

- Experience in AI development and implementation

- Understanding of AI in the context of a large enterprise

- Experience from leading role in large scale initiatives

- Experience with senior stakeholder interaction

- Good analytical and presentation skills

AI Regulatory Implementation Manager - 3 days onsite in Stockholm, Copenhagen, or Helsinki / 2 days Remote working

Responsibilities:

- Drive work related to identify and assess gaps between current governance frameworks and requirements under AI Act and other external regulations

- Work together with senior stakeholders in first line of defence to align proposals and implementation activities

- Engage with second line senior stakeholders to anchor implementation activities

- Develop implementation roadmap and ensure execution of activities in alignment with AI Act milestones

- Create awareness and training material and run sessions

- Prepare decision material

Skill and Experience:

- Solid understanding of AI Act and other relevant regulation impacting AI initiatives in a large bank

- Experience in driving high profile initiatives in large enterprise settings

- Experience from driving regulatory programs and projects

- Experience from interacting with senior stakeholders and getting to common agreements
