Role Title: Developer – CS Solution Architect
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Role Overview
We are looking for a Cybersecurity (CS) Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will focus on the technical aspects of security solutions such as PKI, IDS, Secure Boot, and contribute to the development of conceptual CS solutions and architectural topology. You will be responsible for authoring cybersecurity attribute requirements and guiding their implementation at the ECU level. The position also requires strong project leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure cybersecurity features, like Key Management Systems, are successfully implemented.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement cybersecurity architecture and solutions including PKI, IDS, and Secure Boot.
- Write cybersecurity attribute requirements and provide guidance for ECU-level implementation.
- Execute vehicle-level TARA (Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment) based on the E/E architecture and project topology.
- Lead cybersecurity planning by defining the CS project time plan and coordinating with all impacted stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables are aligned with the overall project timeline.
- Work with type approval processes including UNECE R155 regulation compliance.
- Support implementation of security features across connected technologies like CAN, Ethernet, J1939, LIN, etc.
- Drive development and integration of Key Management Systems and Secure Onboard Communication (SecOC).
- Collaborate using Vector cybersecurity tools and solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, specifically in embedded systems or automotive.
In-depth knowledge of:
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) – both onboard (Vehicle/ECU) and offboard (Cloud).
- Key Management Systems
- TARA execution
- Cybersecurity requirement system engineering
- Connected communication protocols – CAN, Ethernet, J1939, LIN.
Proven experience in:
- Writing cybersecurity requirements based on industry standards.
- Working as a CS engineer or architect in embedded environments.
- Projects involving UNECE R155 type approvals.
- Familiarity with Vector cybersecurity solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
Desirable Skills
Experience with:
- SecOC design and development
- J1939 and LIN protocol security solutions.
Working knowledge of:
- Industry-standard cybersecurity practices
- Regulatory compliance and system engineering in the automotive domain.
