This role blends the enterprise robustness of Spring Boot with the modern agility of Node.js, empowering you to design and deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable applications for mission-critical domains.

You will architect, code, and lead in an environment where Java & JavaScript backends work together to power world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & build backend solutions with a 50-50 focus on Spring Boot and Node.js.
• Lead the design of scalable microservices with high availability & security standards.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and UI teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code and architecture reviews, and ensure best practices.
• Oversee performance tuning, scalability, and reliability improvements.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (DevOps, automation, cloud-first design).
• Participate in strategic technology decisions for the platform.

Technical Expertise

• Java 8+, Spring Boot (Security, Data JPA, AOP, Dependency Injection).
• Node.js (Express.js or Nest.js), JavaScript & TypeScript.
• Asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
• Microservices & API Gateway patterns.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – deployment & scaling.
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Docker & Kubernetes orchestration.
• Unit & integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Mocha, Chai).
