ABOUT THE ROLE

A new YouTube channel focused on calming bedtime stories for children aged 2–6 is seeking an automation expert to design and implement a modular, well-documented workflow for content repurposing and distribution. The system should automatically convert long-form episodes into 5–10 short-form clips and publish them across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Preferred tools include n8n (or similar no-code automation platforms), Wisecut or Opus Clip for video editing, Canva API for thumbnail generation, and ChatGPT for title, caption, and hashtag generation. The workflow should be triggered by video uploads to Google Drive and include features for affiliate link insertion, updating Ko-Fi or Linktree, and tracking performance through a Google Sheets dashboard. WhatsApp notifications and AI-based scheduling are considered valuable additions. Clear documentation, including visual workflow maps and handover instructions, is essential to ensure the system can be easily managed or delegated in the future.

Requirements

• Proven expertise with n8n or similar no-code automation platforms
• Experience automating video workflows using tools like Wisecut, Opus Clip, and Canva API
• Ability to integrate AI services (e.g., ChatGPT) for title, caption, and hashtag generation
• Familiarity with uploading and scheduling across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Workflow should trigger from Google Drive uploads
• System must support affiliate link insertion and update Ko-Fi or Linktree pages
• Must include a performance dashboard in Google Sheets to monitor post status and link clicks
• Clear, professional documentation of the automation system including visual maps and handover instructions
• Experience in children’s media, AI-based scheduling, or WhatsApp notification integrations is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to build scalable systems for long-term use
