Role: Senior ML Engineer
This role will lead a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers in the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership o Lead the end-to-end AI lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, model development, deployment, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Stay informed on cutting-edge research in AI
- Oversee compliance with regulations and data security protocols, ensuring safe and responsible use of data.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with large-scale data processing tools and databases (SQL, NoSQL, Spark).
Academic/Skill Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience AI / ML, with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects.
- 2+ years in a lead or managerial role, leading multi-disciplinary AI teams.
