AI Researcher

Position Overview:

As an AI Researcher at CNTXT, you will be responsible for conducting advanced research in artificial intelligence and machine learning. You will work on developing novel algorithms, models, and methods to solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI/ML research and a passion for creating impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research in machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, or natural language processing (NLP).
• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Design and conduct experiments to test the effectiveness of AI solutions.
• Publish research papers in top-tier journals and conferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to translate research into practical applications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML research.
• Present findings and technical insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI/ML research, including experience with key techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, or NLP.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with data analysis and processing techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.
