We're Hiring: Backend Web Developer (PHP, Laravel, JavaScript)

📍 Location: West Midlands (Remote 4 days, 1 day in-office)

💼 Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

We're looking for a Backend Web Developer to join our growing company in the West Midlands. You'll have the freedom to lead projects while collaborating closely with our passionate team, all within a flexible hybrid working setup.

About the Role

As a Backend Developer within our team, you’ll play a vital role in the development lifecycle — from concept through to deployment. You’ll:

• Work on project architecture and development
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following high standards
• Collaborate with the Client Services Team to drive key technical decisions
• Review and refine code, continuously seeking improvements and innovative solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with PHP in a commercial setting
• Strong knowledge of Laravel
• Good understanding of MySQL and database design
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript
• A passion for clean code and continuous improvement
