Our client is looking for an Agile Coach for a contract role

Duration: 1 to 2 months

Work model: Remote delivery / Availability to work ad hoc onsite in Montreal is a plus.

Language: Bilingual (French & English) - Mandatory

Location: Montreal

Context: Our client is preparing to explore an Agile transformation aimed at adopting Agile ways of working organization wide. We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide this journey.

Main Responsibilities

As an Agile Coach, you play a key role in driving the Agile transformation of the organization. You will support project teams, managers, and stakeholders in adopting, implementing, and optimizing Agile practices, while ensuring a high level of Agile maturity across the board.

Your Main Duties Will Include

• Assessing Agile maturity levels and proposing continuous improvement plans
• Defining, adapting, and evolving the organization’s Agile framework and best practices
• Promoting Agile culture across the company through communities of practice, internal events, and training programs
• Collaborating with technical and business teams to embed agility into end-to-end processes
• Coaching and mentoring project teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership
• Supporting teams in implementing Agile methodologies
  
  

Technical Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Relevant Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Agilist, ICP-ACC)
  
  

Soft Skills

• Work approach must emphasize relationship-building and team dynamics
• Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
  
  

Profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Agile as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Experience guiding mobile development teams and ERP teams is an asset
