Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a self-driven and technically adept Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive and scalable digital solutions for enterprise systems. You will play a key role in translating user needs into user stories, functional requirements, and thoughtful design strategies. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong system and design thinking, is comfortable navigating technical constraints, and thrives in solving complex challenges through both design and technology.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for enterprise-level digital products, aligning with both user needs and business objectives
• Translate user research and stakeholder input into actionable user stories, design specifications, and functional requirements
• Propose technically feasible design solutions by leveraging a solid understanding of both frontend capabilities and backend constraints
• Apply design systems such as Material Design and Fluent Design to create consistent, scalable UI across platforms
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and focus groups to validate needs and shape design direction
• Use system thinking and structured methodologies to tackle complex workflows and ensure usability in enterprise contexts
• Develop personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, iterating based on user feedback
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure seamless handoff and accurate implementation
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong track record in enterprise systems or large-scale digital platforms
• Experience in writing or working with user stories and functional documentation
• Proficiency with Figma and design/prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision)
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and an understanding of technical limitations and integration points
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills; able to work independently and lead design direction confidently
