AI/ML Engineer

We are currently hiring for AI/ML Engineer for one of our client.

Key Responsibilities

• AI/ML Solution Development:
• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and Generative AI applications for manufacturing and operations.
• Develop scalable solutions leveraging cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Prompt Engineering & RAG Implementation:
• Create, test, and refine prompts for LLMs to ensure accurate, context-aware outputs.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines for enhanced data relevance.
• Multi-Agent System Design:
• Architect and deploy multi-agent AI systems for collaborative problem-solving and automation.
• Integrate agents with existing operational systems to enable autonomous decision-making.
• Model Context Protocol (MCP) Integration:
• Implement MCP to manage context-rich interactions between AI systems and enterprise applications.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to identify AI opportunities and define requirements.
• Translate business problems into technical AI/ML solutions.
• Performance Optimization:
• Monitor model performance, conduct fine-tuning, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI systems.
• Research & Innovation:
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML and Generative AI advancements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with exposure to Generative AI technologies.
• Proven track record in deploying AI models into production.
• Experience in Prompt Engineering, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent architectures is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
