Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance resources that support the recruitment, onboarding, and growth of employees.
• Coordinate efforts across HR functions to improve team infrastructure and streamline operations.
• Assist in executing strategic projects aimed at refining talent management systems and aligning them with organizational priorities.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations.
• Create compelling written and visual materials for internal and external communication.
• Collaborate with team members to build structure and improve workflows.
• Contribute to fostering a cohesive and collaborative team environment.
• Draft presentations and other documents for leadership and board meetings.
• Engage in onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
• Previous experience or interest in marketing, communications, or content creation is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in verbal communication and collaboration within a team.
• A proactive "can-do" attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Familiarity with onboarding and employee relations processes.
• Experience creating presentations and drafting well-organized documents.
• Ability to contribute to improving team workflows and building a positive organizational culture.
