Project / Program Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a Project/Program Manager responsible for the coordination and analysis of the Intermodal and Freight program executed on the company's load platform. Duties:

• Oversees aspects of execution and strategy insights
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of customer delivery goals
• Prepares reports for upper management
• Pull data and insights from the work performed on the platform
• Look at different strategy initiatives, come up with recommendations
• Interact with customer teams
• Create reporting using query pulls SQL and Quick Sight, Excel and Pivots, engaging with customer teams to gather requirements
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in program or supply chain management
• Familiar with a variety of the logistics or supply chain concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals of securing capacity for customer need at the lowest cost to serve
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
