Middle Project Manager

N-iX is looking for a Middle Project Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

At least 3-4 years of experience in IT Project Management.
Proven experience managing Fixed Price projects end-to-end.
Strong results-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems.
Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
Strong experience in risk management: identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity in parallel.

Nice to have:

Technical background (e.g., prior experience as a developer, QA, or business analyst).
Understanding of cloud service providers and cloud architecture principles (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe).
Experience working in both product and service companies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle: from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Ensure project goals are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Monitor and control project progress, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.
Foster continuous improvement within the team and processes.
Participate in the recruitment process: conduct interviews, assess candidates for PM-related roles, and support team growth planning.
