Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a talented Senior Data Science Engineer to join our team.

This role focuses on advancing and fine-tuning Language Models (LLMs) to address diverse business objectives. Your expertise in Python, AI/machine learning frameworks, NLP, and prompt engineering will drive the development and improvement of AI-generated text prompts.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated text prompts tailored for specific applications and optimize their performance
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate refined prompts into production systems for seamless application
• Assess prompt effectiveness through metrics and user feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and iteration
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align prompt designs with business objectives and user expectations
• Document processes, share best practices for prompt engineering, and monitor advancements in AI technologies
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python programming with 3+ years of experience and expertise in AI/machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Knowledge of NLP and LLMs, including models like BERT, GPT-3/4, or T5, with 2-5 years of experience fine-tuning these technologies
• Expertise in prompt engineering methodologies, including chain-of-thought reasoning, in-context learning, or tree-of-thought techniques
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) processes
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to design prompts, evaluate model outputs, and address performance challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for teamwork and thorough documentation
• B2+ English language proficiency
