Your Role

As a Software Engineer, you will analyse business requirements, business processes and technical architectures, and design software engineering solutions.

Your Key Role Will Be To

• Analyses business requirements, business processes, and technical architectures. Designs and uses them as the basis for the Software Engineering solution
• Defines and analyses Software Engineering methods and advises on best fit solutions and techniques.
• Develops expertise in Software Engineering Tools, Software Engineering Environment configuration and management, and Software Engineering Data Management.
• Keeps up to date with trends, roadmaps, and developments in all areas of Software Engineering.
• Contributes to and develops good practice in Software Engineering techniques.
• Applies productivity improvement techniques within the Software Architecture strategy.
• Develops expertise in verification and validation at all stages of the delivery lifecycle.
• Proposes technical solutions that meet or exceed client needs and expectations and complements delivery of Capgemini’s SLAs.
• Synthesizes multiple requirements, ideas & solutions in order to manage complexity and deliver synergies.
• Has a detailed understanding and knowledge of architecture.
• Defines and analyses Testing methods and advises on best fit solutions and techniques.
  
  

Your Profile

• Demonstrated ability to understand underlying client business problems and develop technology-enabled solutions addressing the needs of large organizations;
• More than 5 years’ experience working in a technical role on multiple implementations in financial services domain.
• Developed, implemented, and maintained banking/cloud/insurance software customizations, applications, extensions and integrations.
• Strong knowledge and experience of, Integrations, Configuration, Testing, DevOps and Security.
• Ability to engage with senior clients in a business centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue.
• Extensive knowledge and/or experience of software platforms/tools in financial services sector.
• Provide technical documentation as required for development work completed.
• Ability to develop relationships and to coach developers to deliver the most complex pieces of the implementation (custom coding);
• Experience in managing integrations with middleware’s.
• Ability to plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience.
