Your Role

We are looking for Agile Coach will be responsible for leading and facilitating the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the organization. This role involves coaching teams, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of Agile practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive cultural change

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Agile Coaching and Mentoring
• Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in SAFe practices.
• Provide guidance on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to ensure effective implementation.
• Change Management
• Lead the change management process to support the transition to Agile methodologies.
• Develop and execute change management plans to address resistance and ensure smooth adoption.
• Training and Development
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on SAFe principles, roles, and practices.
• Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing learning and development.
• Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance Agile delivery.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and retrospectives to drive team performance.
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to align Agile initiatives with business goals.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Agile practices.
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive cultural change.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with large-scale Agile transformations.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
