About Us:

Koronet is the leading software company for vertical software, B2B e-commerce, and payment solutions within the floriculture industry. Our solutions include multiple ERP SaaS offerings and an e-commerce platform that enables end-to-end transactions across the B2B supply chain. Our mission is to become the most widely used system for the global floriculture supply chain. The company is backed by Radian Capital, a New York City-based equity fund with over $1 billion in assets under management.

Axerrio represents Koronet’s European software and e-commerce solutions. The Axerrio team focuses on rapidly growing its market share among flower and plant trading companies with a small but expanding team. Our products include a SaaS ERP, a B2B e-commerce solution, and procurement management tools. Every day, thousands of users rely on our systems to run their businesses.

About the Role:

Our eShops solution is transforming how floral businesses sell online—moving from phone orders and faxes to beautiful, branded, data-driven storefronts. Over the next few quarters, our squad is focused on helping eShop customers acquire more traffic, convert more buyers, and retain them longer by unlocking digital marketing and performance analytics tools that have never before been part of the floral industry’s workflow.

As an Associate Product Manager in the eShops Squad, you’ll work alongside Product Managers, UX designers, engineers, and marketing experts to deliver features that empower our customers to run modern, data-driven e-commerce businesses. You’ll be hands-on in discovering needs, shaping solutions, and tracking impact — a perfect opportunity for someone eager to grow into a full product management role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the Product Manager to define and prioritize features that help eShop customers drive online sales.
  • Research and benchmark digital marketing and analytics tools to bring proven e-commerce tactics into the floral industry.
  • Work with design and engineering to develop intuitive workflows for campaign management, customer segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Support user testing, collect feedback, and analyze adoption and usage data to inform iteration.
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities for new features, including enablement for customer success and marketing teams.
  • Track KPIs around traffic acquisition, conversion rates, and retention for our customers’ webshops.

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in product, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field (internships and projects count).
  • A genuine interest in e-commerce growth and digital marketing.
  • Comfort with data — from Google Analytics to basic funnel analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and a bias for action in cross-functional settings.
  • Curiosity, empathy for users, and a growth mindset.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote position with flexible working hours.
  • Direct mentorship and space to grow into a platform or product expert.
  • English classes and continuous learning support.
  • A collaborative and transparent environment where your ideas matter.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Full-time, indefinite-term contract.
