Functional Analyst - Jira/SQL/ XML

NTT DATA is actively looking for a Medior Functional analyst. This freelance position is based in Brussel and homeworking is available.

Profile

You will ensure the link between ICT and business by organizing and leading meetings with the various stakeholders involved in your project.

You collect and analyze the needs of the business (expertise unit and business representatives). You translate them in order to design or improve the applications.

You evolve within a team managed in an agile way and support the other team members when they are facing problems. You participate in the resolution of incidents quickly, efficiently and sustainably

You are required to lead or participate in projects in order to contribute to the achievement of the objectives agreed with the business.

You write the analyses that will serve as a basis for developing and testing your application.

You support other team members when they face problems and participate in the resolution of incidents in a quick, effective, and sustainable manner.

You follow the evolution in terms of analysis, which allows your team to react optimally to new development opportunities.

You hold a master's or bachelor's degree (a diploma in computer science, technology, business management or economics is an asset).

An experience as a functional analyst or business analyst (at least 5 years) and a team lead experience (at least 5 years) are recommended.

Technical skills

Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Analytical ability: Strong ability to analyze business processes and identify functional needs.

Agile methodologies: Knowledge of agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Needs assessment in collaboration with key users, and analyzing the existing system.

Communicate the proposed solution to the team.

Be able to work in a stressful environment and meet deadlines.

Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that arise

Develop test scenarios in collaboration with the analyst test.

Being able to read and understand Java code

Good knowledge of Jira, SQL and XML

Good basic knowledge in testing
