Endpoint Engineer - Workstations & Mobile iOS-Devices

Do you have 3+ years of experience as an endpoint engineer with a strong background in managing, securing, and optimizing end-user devices? We are looking for a colleague to join our team in Brussels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the modern management of Windows and iOS devices using solutions like Intune, Autopilot, and EPM.
• Practical experience with Microsoft cloud PC technologies, including Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365.
• Hands-on and remote support experience within the domain of endpoint and user management.
• Strong skills in automation with PowerShell scripting and Graph API.
• Experience in configuring and managing workstations and iOS devices via MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Entra).
• Expertise in deploying software, updates, and patches on endpoints.
• Experience in implementing security measures such as antivirus, encryption, and compliance policies.
• A team player with strong communication skills and an independent approach to development tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and grow development skills.
• Ability to conform to cross-project and project-specific development guidelines.
• A hybrid work regime of 50% on-premises and 50% teleworking is required, with remote work allowed after a familiarisation period.

Job Description:

• Configure and manage Windows workstations and iOS devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Intune and Entra.
• Deploy software, updates, and patches on a wide range of end-user endpoints.
• Implement and enforce security measures, including antivirus, encryption, and corporate compliance policies.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with end-users, providing both hands-on and remote support.
• Collaborate with IT support and security teams to resolve incidents and ensure a secure working environment.
• Document processes and technical configurations to maintain up-to-date records.
• Participate in current and new projects related to endpoint management.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Graph API to streamline tasks.
