What You'll Be Driving:

Managing and configuring proxy infrastructure using NGINX, HAProxy, and Apache;
Writing Lua scripts to implement advanced proxy logic and traffic control Automating infrastructure provisioning and changes with Terraform Managing traffic flow, SSL termination, and caching across Cloudflare and proxy layers;
Supporting scalable infrastructure with Docker and Kubernetes;
Ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of proxy services;
Implementing secure access control mechanisms and traffic encryption;
Investigating and resolving network/proxy-related issues in production and staging environments;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, security);
Maintaining technical documentation and contributing to process improvements.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
Hands-on experience with NGINX, HAProxy, and Apache for proxy and traffic management;
Experience with Lua for customizing proxy behavior;
Solid knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure automation in GCP and/or AWS;
Familiarity with Cloudflare services (DNS, CDN, WAF, rate limiting);
Proficiency with Docker; experience running services in containerized environments;
Understanding of Kubernetes for scalable deployments and service orchestration;
Good grasp of networking, SSL/TLS, and security best practices;
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK);
English level: Intermediate+;
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations in the future.

Desirable skills and personal features:

Practical experience with Python/Golang for tooling or automation.
