For one of our clients based in Europe, we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Contract duration: 6 months plus extension
• Fully remote
• Industry: telecommunication

Scope:

• Analyze the organization’s processes, systems, and business model, including their integration with technology.
• Evaluate the current state and define the future state or business solution.
• Gather, research, and synthesize information to support business analysis activities.
• Facilitate workshops to collect requirements and encourage collaboration among stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive documentation outlining business processes and system requirements.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

• BA experience, including writing user stories and leading refinement sessions
• Experience with Scrum, Agile
• Experience working with APIs is beneficial
• Expert proficiency in business process analysis tools
• Expert proficiency in requirements analysis, business model strategy, and business operating model is preferred
