About the Role

Client is seeking a Product Designer to join our Payments Design team. You’ll collaborate with an international group of designers, engineers, product managers, content designers, and researchers in our new Amsterdam office.

Our Payments team solves complex UX and platform design challenges while shaping big ideas that transform how people interact with our products. You’ll design experiences for Client’s Earner and Consumer platforms, delivering seamless, scalable, and delightful solutions to a diverse global audience.

What You’ll Do

• Design seamless payments experiences for consumers and earners.
• Shape product strategy and direction for high-impact initiatives.
• Simplify large, ambiguous problems into clear, elegant solutions.
• Maintain high design standards and raise the quality bar across the team.
• Think systematically to create scalable and consistent designs.
• Partner with research and data teams to deliver user-focused solutions.
• Ensure consistency using Client’s design language and patterns.
• Share and receive feedback to continually improve design quality.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years designing products for mobile apps.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma strongly preferred).
• Eagerness to learn new tools and methods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a tech environment.
• Background in Payments, Financial Products, or regulated industries.
• Strong track record of shipping high-quality designs.
• Ability to solve complex design problems.
• Strategic thinking on product vision and roadmap.
• Prototyping skills (motion design a plus).
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication to explain design rationale to cross-functional teams.
