We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer | Python | AI & MLOps (Remote - PT)🛡

Skills:

🎯+5 years in backend Python software Engineering;

🎯 Asynchronous programming, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.

🎯 Ability to build and optimize performance-critical Python services from scratch, without frameworks, focusing on low-level concurrency, memory efficiency, and high-throughput data processing;

🎯 Experience in AI/ML pipelines, LLM integration, and model serving in production;

🎯 DevOps experience with CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes, and cloud environments;

🎯 MLOps concepts (model versioning, monitoring, reproducibility);

Your Responsibilities:

✅ Develop backend services in Python (framework-based and raw), optimized for LLM inference and ML workloads;

✅ Build low-latency APIs with FastAPI for AI-powered applications, leveraging async/await for scalability;

✅ Integrate with LLM frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI API, Vertex AI and vector databases for RAG-based solutions;

✅ Implement secure authentication and authorization flows OAuth 2.0 AI services;

✅ Design and evolve event-driven, microservices-based architectures for model training, evaluation, and inference;

✅ Develop pipelines for real-time ingestion, preprocessing, and feature extraction using Kafka, RabbitMQ;

✅ Implement CI/CD for AI/ML, enabling reproducible deployments, automated testing, and model rollback strategies;
