Must-have:

⭐ Solid experience in analyzing complex datasets to identify relevant patterns 📊🔍

⭐ Hands-on expertise with Python, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data processing 🐍⚡

⭐ Practical experience with Random Forest and LightGBM models 🌲💡

⭐ Experience working with imbalanced datasets and understanding sampling impact on results ⚖️📈

⭐ Strong knowledge in feature engineering, model training, testing, and production monitoring 🛠️📊

⭐ Ability to mentor and guide junior team members 👥🎯

⭐ Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences 💬🤝

⭐ Autonomy to identify problems and propose improvements 🚀✨

Nice-to-have:
