We are looking for a highly skilled GenAI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced generative AI solutions across cloud platforms. This role involves designing, training, and optimizing GenAI models for diverse business scenarios, enhancing analytical processes, and developing Copilot-based applications that drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Deliverables

  • Design, configure, and optimize generative AI models tailored to specific business needs.
  • Train, validate, and monitor GenAI models to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Implement and deploy GenAI solutions on cloud platforms with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Continuously enhance analytical processes through the integration of GenAI capabilities.
  • Independently develop GenAI-based applications (e.g., OpenAI, AI Search).
  • Independently develop Microsoft Copilot solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications / must be clearly listed on your CV:

  • Proven experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, or related fields.
  • Expertise in data modeling and AI pipeline development.
  • Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Experience collaborating on global projects within distributed teams.
  • Programming: Advanced Python skills with relevant ML/AI libraries.

Generative AI & LLMs

  • Hands-on experience building applications with Large Language Models on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, particularly GPT-4o and o3.
  • Familiarity with Gemini 2.5 Pro and Claude 3.7 Sonnet is a plus.
  • Experience with Azure AI Services for: Text-to-Speech (TTS) – e.g., ElevenLabs Speech-to-Text (STT) – Whisper-large-v3 Speech-to-Speech (STS) – gpt-4o-mini-realtime-preview OCR & Embeddings – Azure Document Intelligence, text-embedding-3-small/large
  • Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) principles.
  • Proficiency with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
  • Backend API development with FastAPI.
  • Knowledge of Guardrails for content safety and LangFuse for observability, evaluation, and feedback.

Microsoft Azure Cloud

  • Proven experience developing and deploying applications on Azure.
  • Azure Functions and Logic Apps for serverless solutions.
  • Azure OpenAI Service for deploying LLMs and embedding models.
  • Azure AI Search / AI Foundry for vector store and similarity search management.
  • Azure Data Factory and Databricks for ingestion pipelines.
  • Azure Blob Storage for scalable cloud storage.
  • CosmosDB for persistent memory management.
  • Application Insights for monitoring and logging.

DevOps & MLOps

  • Proficiency with Docker for containerization; Azure Container Registry is a plus.
  • Experience deploying across multiple environments (dev, staging, production).
  • CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions.
  • Secrets management with Azure Key Vault, GitHub, and HashiCorp Vault.

Desirable for Copilot Development

AI Foundry / Microsoft Copilot Studio Framework

  • Creating pluggable grounding and configuring external data sources.
  • Setting up RAG with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, and vector search.
  • Designing structured prompts, implementing plugins, and integrating APIs.
  • Applying guardrails, safety filters, and validation logic.

Microsoft 365 (M365) Integration

  • Integrating with Microsoft Graph API (emails, calendars, OneDrive/SharePoint, Teams).
  • Using Power Automate connectors for Teams, Outlook, and scheduling workflows.
  • Managing Microsoft Entra ID permissions.
  • Familiarity with Graph Explorer/Postman for testing APIs.
  • Understanding M365 licensing and API usage limits.

Power Platform

  • Power Automate workflows triggered by Copilot.
  • Dataverse for structured data storage.
  • Power Fx for business logic.
  • Basic Power Apps integration.

Conversational Logic

  • Designing topics, triggers, and conditional flows with variables.
  • Maintaining context using session variables.

API & External Services Integration

  • Building REST APIs via custom connectors or Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, and token-based authentication.
