The Role:

We’re seeking a skilled AI Engineer passionate about Generative AI and LLMs. You’ll design and deploy AI models, collaborate with business teams, and harness tools like Azure AI to create groundbreaking solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Generative AI & LLMs: Build and fine-tune models like GPT, BERT, and other transformers for innovative applications (text generation, chatbots, etc.).
• AI Innovation: Create state-of-the-art solutions for NLP, deep learning, and beyond.
• Business Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs.
• Azure Integration: Leverage (or learn) Azure AI tools like Azure ML and OpenAI.
• Hands-On Development: Write quality Python code for model development and deployment.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with AI advancements and bring fresh ideas to the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2-5 years in AI, focusing on Generative AI, LLMs, and transformers.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and deep learning frameworks.
• Azure (or Cloud): Familiarity with Azure AI services or willingness to learn.
• Problem-Solver: Strong debugging, optimization, and scaling skills.
• Business Savvy: Able to translate technical capabilities into business impact.

Bonus Points:

• Experience deploying LLMs in real-world applications.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or multi-cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
