Solutions Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solutions Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing an end-to-end digital onboarding solution for banking products. This role involves enhancing the current digital capabilities to include more comprehensive requirements beyond identity verification and extending services to expatriates in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and architect an end-to-end digital onboarding solution that integrates with existing building blocks of the technology stack.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for expanding digital onboarding to new bank products and expatriate clients.
• Design solutions that meet business needs while also complying with regulatory requirements for onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer).
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure solutions align with business goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
• Lead the project implementation from conception through to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any challenges that arise.
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in digital onboarding processes.
• Facilitate ongoing support and training for business teams to ensure smooth adoption of the new systems.
• Continuously monitor and refine the solution to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in solution architecture or a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital onboarding processes and regulatory requirements related to KYC.
• Ability to design and integrate complex solutions using existing and potentially new technological components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong communication skills to talk to the stakeholders on the business side
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in solution architecture
