Information Security Project Manager

The Verisure Information Security team is currently seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate Information Security Project Manager to support our growing operations across the group. Reporting to the Transformation and PMO Manager, this role will be a key member of the Information Security team, responsible for leading and delivering strategic security projects that drive our mission forward.

As part of a Global Organization, this role will be responsible for managing Information Security projects across the region, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

The role also includes a responsibility to contribute to the ongoing development of our project management capabilities and to the continuous improvement of our ways of working. You will work cross-functionally across all Verisure markets in Europe and Latin America, adapting to local variations while ensuring global consistency in process and governance.

Main Responsibilities:  

• Leading Information Security projects, involving cross-functional teams from various organizational units, using various methodologies 

• Tracking objectives and key results 

• Lead project meetings and handle the project status reporting/dashboards to the teams and upper management 

• Oversee the execution of the strategic and operational plans, ensuring alignment with business goals 

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders from across the business 

• Manage project communication, fostering strong working relationships with all project stakeholders 

• Using the Budget and procurement process in your role as Project Manager 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization, contributing to the evolution of project management practices and efficiency

A key focus in this position will be people and change management — leading change in ways that are inclusive, structured and scalable. You will also take part in shaping and refining our internal processes, with an eye toward long-term efficiency and resilience.

Required Experience:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 4 years of consistent track record within Project Management, including experience of leading projects in a global organization, following different projects and/or Agile Methodologies

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, deadlines and communication with stakeholders

• Strong presentation skills and ability to lead meetings and briefings with executives

• Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)

Desired Experience:  

• Relevant Project Management/Agile certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner)

• Experience with Cyber Security tools and IoT (particularly smart home)
