We currently have a vacancy for a Full Stack Developer (Java, Angular) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

Development of front-end website architecture and back-end website applications;
Design of user interactions on web pages and creation of servers and databases for functionality;
Implement core business logic while understanding and implementation of security and data protection;
Design responsive applications and develop APIs;
Participating in the design and creation of scalable software and writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end;
Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement;
Cross-platform optimization and maintenance of code integrity and organization;
Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues, write technical documentation.

Requirements

University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
More than 7 years of experience in JAVA (JEE) technology, Spring, Spring Boot;
More than 5 years of experience in Angular 2+, JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
Strong practical experience with most of the following: IntelliJ, JPA, Maven, Web Services, Scrum, JSON, PL-SQL, SQL, JBoss, Jackson, REST API, Google Cloud computing, React, Tomcat, WSDL, BPMN, Eclipse/Workshop 10.3, Ant, Bamboo, Kafka, Swagger, Hibernate, Elasticsearch, EJB 3, VueJS, Jasmine, Junit, JIRA, Confluence;
Strong experience with unit and integration testing and automatic testing frameworks, as well as CI/CD (Kubernetes, Docker) and integration tools like Jenkins, Sonar;
Experience with these standards/APIs: XSD, SOAP, JAX-WS, JAXB;
Very good knowledge of Java SE, Java 8, Java 11, Angular 6+, microservices and RESTful paradigms;
Good knowledge of GIT and libraries like Bootstrap;
Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and modelling tools;
Familiarity with database technology such as Oracle and MongoDB;
Excellent command of the English language.
