Your role

As an Android Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, you'll be immersed in a dynamic environment where innovation and collaboration are at the core of everything we do. This isn't just another tech role—it's a mission to redefine productivity and reshape the future of mobile technology.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Designing and developing high-performance Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, ensuring exceptional user experiences
• Implementing reactive programming techniques with Flow or RxJava to create responsive, data-driven interfaces
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship innovative features
• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues to maintain application stability
• Contributing to code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical documentation to foster a collaborative engineering culture

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in Android application development using Kotlin
• Strong proficiency with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture components
• Demonstrated experience with reactive programming using Flow or RxJava
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture principles, and SOLID concepts
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
