UI Designer & Developer

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with expertise in Java, React, and Sitecore to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications and content management solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Design and develop scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot).
Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js.
Develop and customize Sitecore CMS components and templates.
Integrate frontend and backend components for seamless user experiences.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in Java development (Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs).
Experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS (preferably v10+).
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with Azure/AWS, Docker, and containerized deployments is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Sitecore Developer Certification.
Experience with Sitecore Headless (JSS/SXA).
Knowledge of GraphQL or other modern API technologies.
Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
