Pega-Enabled Quality Engineer / Netherlands

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Pega-Enabled Quality Engineer / Netherlands.

Your Duties Will Include

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies tailored to Pega applications
• Perform hands-on testing, including automation, API, functional, and regression testing
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, testable deliverables
• Lead continuous improvements in QA tools, frameworks, and processes
• Actively participate in sprint demos and contribute to business-visible quality metrics
• Advocate for quality-driven development and support the creation of a test-first culture
  
  

Requirements That Must Be Met

• Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter)
• Deep understanding of API testing and application testing methodologies
• Experience with Pega testing frameworks or QA integration within Pega delivery lifecycle
• Basic knowledge of financial services domains such as CDD, KYC, or CLM is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work in multicultural and cross-functional teams
• Proactive attitude with a growth mindset and ownership mentality
• Very good Dutch
• Hybrid work model – based in the Netherlands (minimum 2 days per week onsite)
