About the Role

Kaseya is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to produce scalable cloud software solutions with state-of-the-art technologies. In this role, you will be integrating the project functions and resources across the product life cycle, right from planning, building, testing, and deployment to support. You will be a part of a highly qualified team that includes platform developers, testers, and DevOps. This role will interact with a cross-functional agile team that is responsible for delivering changes to the most critical areas of Unitrends products. Our team and our leadership place a strong emphasis on the delivery of each individual developer, tester, designer and operations professional. We work in small, tightly managed agile teams that permit each member of engineering team to do its best work, and to deliver immediate impact and leadership to the company.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and similar tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using AWS.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Work within Agile/Scrum cycles to identify pain points, propose solutions, estimate work, and deliver.
• Build solutions that meet requirements for usability, security, performance, reliability, and stability.

Qualifications

• At least 5-10 years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles.
• Solid AWS, Kubernetes + Helm expertise.
• Familiarity with Jira, Jenkins (and pipelines), GitHub workflows.
• Capable in Bash and Python scripting.

Required Skills

• Hands-on with data tools like Apache NiFi, Superset, StarRocks.
• Experience with log collection using ELK stack.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus.
