About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Product Manager to lead initiatives in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Client Onboarding, with a strong focus on Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).

You will be responsible for defining the product vision, developing the product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions that improve onboarding efficiency while ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and maintain a clear product roadmap for CLM and onboarding solutions with IDP integration.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operations, compliance, engineering, and design teams to align on goals and priorities.
• Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that streamline onboarding and meet regulatory standards.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Research market trends and emerging technologies in CLM, IDP, and onboarding automation.
• Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and measure product success to drive continuous improvements.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven Experience in product management within CLM, onboarding, or fintech/regtech platforms.
• Strong Technical Understanding of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), automation, OCR, AI/ML-based data extraction.
• Domain Knowledge in banking, financial services, KYC, AML, or regulatory compliance.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and API-based integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
