Mission Context

In our Agile organization, you will serve as a Program Manager responsible for overseeing a set of related projects aimed at achieving a specific business objective. This role is crucial for ensuring that program goals are met through strategic decision-making that encompasses project-level limitations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the program's initiatives to integrate various entities into the IT ecosystem and services framework.
• Establish and align program objectives with management and stakeholders.
• Drive and track the progress of projects within the program, providing a program-level perspective to project managers and product owners.
• Identify and manage dependencies and risks across projects.
• Monitor the progress of individual projects, offering support and intervention as needed.
• Oversee the program’s budget and provide regular updates to line management and stakeholders.
• Act as an escalation point for project managers and product owners.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Facilitate the functioning of the squad majorly contributing to your initiative by promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Address and resolve impediments to increase squad maturity and help achieve project goals within agreed timeframes, budgets, and scopes.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English, with good knowledge of French and Dutch.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in managing complex projects or programs.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of IT systems.
