QUALİFİCATİONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in the energy or critical infrastructure sectors is highly desirable
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, are strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity in IT, OT, and hybrid cloud environments
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and incident response
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and crisis management skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex security initiatives across a group-level structure
• Fluency in both Turkish and English, written and verbal

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Define and lead the organization’s cyber resilience vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Advise executive leadership on security risks, emerging threats, and regulatory compliance
• Drive cybersecurity integration into digital transformation, operational technology (OT), and enterprise IT initiatives
• Develop and maintain the Information Security Management System aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST and relevant Turkish regulations
• Lead enterprise risk assessments, threat modeling, and incident response planning
• Ensure compliance with national energy sector cybersecurity regulations and standards
• Supervise security operations, including vulnerability management, SOC operations, and incident response
• Oversee the implementation of security controls across IT and OT environments
• Coordinate penetration testing, red teaming, and security audits
• Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures across all business units.
• Promote a security-aware culture through employee training, simulations, and awareness plans
• Engage with national cybersecurity authorities, energy sector regulators, and industry forums
• Partner with group companies’ internal departments to align security with business objectives
• Manage outsourced security vendors and service providers effectively
