Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a background in Computer Science or Engineering,
• Have team management experience,
• 8+ years experience in Application Security, Red Team, Offensive Security Teams.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Eager to learn and stretch your boundaries,
• Open to new approaches and new ideas.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing for Application Security Policies and ensuring Security Integration of software development processes.
• Responsible for Red Team and Appsec team management, operations and process.
• Responsible for the management of static code analysis tools, security testing tools, integration tools and other security support tools.
• Responsible for the execution, planning and evaluation of the results of Application Security Tests.
• Collaborating with external service providers for external penetration tests or security assessments and responsible for monitoring and responding to penetration test results.
• Organizing training and awareness programs to increase security awareness within the organization.
• Ensuring that application security processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, PCI DSS, KVKK).
• Conducting regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests to detect and fix weaknesses in systems and networks.
• Responsible for vendor management and budget management for the Security Technologies.
