Job Opportunity: Product Experience Manager - Dubai

Our client is a leading consumer electronics company based in the UAE, known for innovation and high-quality smart devices.

As part of their expansion in the Middle East, they are seeking a self-motivated and energetic Product Experience Manager to join their team and help shape exceptional user experiences across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the regional product experience lead, testing upcoming products prior to launch and preparing detailed test and improvement feasibility reports
• Experience and evaluate products based on consumer usage habits in the Middle East and Africa, identifying key selling points and areas for improvement
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and headquarters teams to define product requirements
• Design intuitive user interactions and scenarios across mobile platforms
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and optimize designs
• Iterate on designs and experiences based on user feedback, research data, and internal reviews.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in product management, user experience, or a related role within consumer electronics, preferably focused on smartphone devices
• Should have a minimum of 6 years UAE experience
• Multilingual candidates – Should speak Arabic, English, and Chinese
• Hands-on experience with user research, product testing, and data analysis
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, and project management platforms like Jira or Trello
• Strong curiosity and a passion for continuous learning
• Proven ability to drive user experience improvements with measurable impact
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
