Business Analytics Expert

What is your mission at Facq?

As a Business Analytics Expert, you transform company data into actionable insights. You bring clarity and structure, enabling colleagues to make informed decisions.

• You listen to the business and translate their needs into reports and dashboards based on the Facq Data Model.
• You design and maintain the Facq Data Model in collaboration with our external partner, ensuring it accurately reflects our business processes.
• Based on current needs and the latest technological trends, you ensure the ongoing development of the different layers of the Azure data warehouse, keeping it future-proof.
• You document the Facq Data Model and the data warehouse to maximize their use within Facq.

Who are we looking for?

• You hold a degree in IT or equivalent.
• You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• You have excellent analytical skills and solid communication skills.
• You have strong skills in SQL, DAX, and Power BI.
• You are knowledgeable about data modeling techniques (Kimball).
• You can provide at least 3 years of relevant experience in designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, SQL Server suite, and Azure Synapse is a plus.
